Dr. Cynthia Splies (Cindy) is a licensed acupuncturist and registered herbalist.  She is a California native and lives in Ventura with her husband and 4 children.

• Master's degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Santa Barbara College of Oriental Medicine

• Graduate of the East West course with Michael Tierra, L.Ac., OMD, RH
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from California State University, Hayward
